Andrew Dent
Director
Andrew has been working in the IT industry for over 25 years and is an expert in planning, integrating, and maintaining a full suite of business IT services and hardware. He loves working closely with businesses of all sizes to help them prosper and thrive through IT.
Lorna Dent
Director
Lorna brings over 25 years of business experience to her role at Concord IT. Lorna has stepped back from her daily role in Concord IT, and on a part time basis Lorna assists with strategic business planning, payroll, and accounts payable. Her expertise and dedication have been invaluable in helping the company grow and thrive.
Harli Emery
IT Support
Harli brings 22 years of experience in customer service. Fuelled by a passion for puzzles Harli understands the importance of utilizing creative problem-solving alongside logic-based systems to develop robust & versatile solutions.
Amy Smith
Business Administrator
Amy brings a Business Administration perspective to Concord IT, where she champions privacy, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Her work supports the protection of sensitive data and the development of efficient systems, in close partnership with Lorna Dent and Andrew Dent.
our standards
We are pleased to share that Concord IT has achieved the SMB1001:2025 Level 3 Gold Cyber Security Standard. This standard is a multi-tiered cyber security framework specifically designed for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
Developed by Cyber Security Certification Australia (CSCAU) to enhance SMBs resilience against evolving cyber threats, this certification provides a foundational cyber security framework, emphasising technology management, access control and education.
